How It Works

  1. Browse our buy list - Search for items we're currently buying
  2. Add items to your cart - Select the condition and quantity for each item
  3. Submit your list - Complete checkout with your address and how you want to get paid
  4. Add package info - Enter your box or pallet dimensions in "My Submissions"
  5. Get shipping labels - We provide free prepaid UPS labels for bulk submissions
  6. Ship your items - Include your order number in each box and on the outside
  7. Get paid! - Payment sent within 5-7 business days after we receive your items

Condition Guide

Working Good - Item is fully functional with good cosmetic condition.

  • Powers on and operates as expected
  • All buttons, ports, and features work correctly
  • Some scratching is fine
  • No gouges, cracks, or chips

Working With Wear - Item works properly but has cosmetic damage.

  • Fully functional - all features work
  • Gouges, small cracks, and small chips are fine
  • Visible scratches, scuffs, or discoloration
  • Signs of heavy use but still operates correctly

Non-Working - Item has power or operational issues but is in good cosmetic condition.

  • Does not power on or has operational issues
  • Good cosmetic condition - no major damage
  • Items have not had previous repairs attempted
  • No missing parts

Non-Working With Wear - Item has power/operational issues AND cosmetic damage.

  • Does not power on or has operational issues
  • Gouges, cracks, or shell damage
  • Not missing parts (buttons, drives, shell pieces, etc.)
  • Items have not had previous repairs attempted
  • Also includes: Working items with major shell damage

Shipping

Yes! We cover shipping costs for bulk submissions within the USA.

This wholesale buying site is invite-only for bulk sellers. When you submit your order, we'll provide prepaid UPS shipping labels. For box shipments, please keep each box under 50 lbs. For larger quantities, pallet/freight shipping is available.

Important: Always include your order number inside the package and add tracking to your submission!

Please pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping:

  • Use bubble wrap or packing paper around each item
  • Fill empty space with packing material
  • Use a sturdy box in good condition
  • Keep each box under 50 lbs
  • Tape all seams securely
  • Include your order number inside the box

Items damaged during shipping due to poor packaging may have their condition (and price) adjusted.

Yes! For large wholesale orders, pallet shipping is available. When shipping by pallet:

  • Individual box weights don't matter - just the total pallet weight
  • Provide the pallet dimensions (L x W x H) and total weight
  • Contact us after submitting your order to arrange freight shipping

Payment

Payment is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your items.

Here's the timeline:

  1. Submitted - Your order is in our system
  2. Shipped - You've sent the items (add tracking!)
  3. Received - We have your package
  4. Completed - Items inspected, payment sent!

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • PayPal - Fastest option, sent to your PayPal email
  • ECheck - Electronic check sent via email
  • ACH - Direct deposit to your bank account

Select your preferred method during checkout or in your account settings.

If we find that items don't match the condition you selected, we may adjust the offer price accordingly. You can view any adjustments in your order details under "My Submissions".

Tip: When in doubt, select the lower condition tier. This helps avoid price adjustments when we receive your items.
